We hereby state that we shall adhere to the principles listed within this document.

The principles follow:

  • The use of simple code, which has been validated, and is both non-harmful and non-invasive
  • Websites built must be accessible to a whole range of people, including those using different platforms and browsers; and those who have any special needs
  • We shall not misrepresent either our skill level or experience; neither shall we be deceptive in any manner as honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance
  • The website content must be true, correct and reliable; and be able to be verified through appropriate referencing and/or linking
  • The site must be an accurate representation of the wishes of the client; or more particularly of the agreed website as determined during negotiations with the client
  • We will strive to maintain an objective viewpoint
  • Any information of a private or confidential nature insofar as the client is concerned will not be revealed to a third party; with the notable exception of information in regard to activities of an illegal nature
  • We have a duty of care to the client(s); to demonstrate watchfulness, attention, caution and prudence; and to consider anything below this standard of care to be an example of negligent behaviour
  • The terms of agreement in regard to the construction of any website will be stated clearly in contract form at the commencement of the site-building process; and any amendments will be included after consultation and a sign-off procedure with the client
  • We will do our best to adhere to Australian law insofar as copyright, libel and censorship is concerned
  • We will endeavour to conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times
